Responsibilities:
- Assisting with legal projects as required by the legal team.
- Administrative tasks including running contract comparisons, assisting with keeping filing up to date, and assisting with corporate secretarial work. and keeping internal filing up to date
- Keeping up to date with new laws and regulations.
- Carrying out research and benchmarking exercises.
- Supporting the EMEA Legal Team.
