About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for recent law graduates to gain valuable experience in contract law and corporate affairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an excellent command of English, and ideally have academic experience abroad.
Key Activities:
- Assist the legal team in legal consulting and support regarding day-to-day contractual and business matters.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal memoranda related to corporate law and contractual matters.
- Support the team in various aspects of corporate governance and compliance.
- Participate in meetings and take detailed notes, summarizing key points and action items.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department.
