KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • You are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M or preparing a Bar in any European jurisdiction.
  • You are fluent in French, English and German and have good writing skills in both languages.
  • You have a strong interest in Employment / social law.

Responsibilities:

DEPARTMENT PURPOSE

The firm has a prestigious employment practice recognised for its work for major international banks and financial institutions. The law firm advises on remuneration restrictions and remote working policies, with further involvement in the merger of offices in different jurisdictions and contract design. This practice is active in social elections, employee transfers and senior executive terminations. Our employment department also offer significant experience in labour law litigation, including in relation to allegedly abusive dismissals.

ROLE PURPOSE

A six-month internship contract in our Employment department from January to June 2025 which is covered by an internship agreement.
