SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Legal Invoice Review
  • Proficient in Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas) Outlook
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in legal billing with a law firm (or other related business)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to learn and understand billing guidelines and procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Legal Invoice Review
  • Adjust invoices based on outside counsel engagement terms and conditions
  • Discuss invoice issues with attorney handling matter
  • Provide accurate and efficient auditing of electronically submitted legal fees by law firms and vendors.
  • Research invoice issues and problem solve
  • Develop rapport with attorneys in their supported divisions
