Legal Manager (UK Law Experience)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to manage our legal and compliance functions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Family Law and UAE Litigation, as well as experience working with UK law.
The Legal Manager will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to the business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing external counsel.

Requirements:

• UK law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) or has held a full-time role in the UK
• At least 5 years of experience in Family Law and UAE Litigation
• Proven experience in managing legal and compliance functions
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, as well as UK law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (written and spoken

• Provide legal guidance and support to the business on Family Law and UAE Litigation matters
• Manage and oversee the legal and compliance functions of the company
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the UAE and the UK
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
• Manage external counsel and ensure effective communication and coordination
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance matters
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of legal and compliance strategies
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and advise the business accordingly

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UAE time)
• Availability for after-hours discussions to cover UK time zone ( occasional evenings and weekends)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED32,000.00 per month
