This role is a permanent position with a hybrid/flexible working arrangement, offering a good work/life balance.
As Legal Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Legal Marketing Manager in providing independent legal support and advice to South32. Your role will involve:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with South32
- Providing independent legal advice on marketing, commodity and shipping contracts, projects and dispute matters
- Participating in risk reviews (where required) to support the Corporate Legal Team
- Assisting in execution of activities to mitigate South32 Material Legal Risks
- Managing external legal service providers (capability, performance and value)
