QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successfully completed commercial training and professional experience as a team assistant/office manager
- Excellent written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and all Google tools
- Knowledge of Jira is an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Professional manners, friendly and engaging demeanor

Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the internal legal department
- Participation in the preparation of project coordination plans with timelines for the legal department and timely collection of stakeholder reports on this specific project
- Organization of the daily office routine, in particular completion of general office tasks (filing, noting and reminding of deadlines, correspondence)
- Receiving, forwarding and responding to phone, fax, email and Jira ticket requests
- Processing incoming and outgoing emails via the legal department’s email address
- Filing and managing documents
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Communicating and working closely with outside counsel (independently forwarding tasks)
- Formatting contracts and other documents
