QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successfully completed commercial training and professional experience as a team assistant/office manager
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and all Google tools
  • Knowledge of Jira is an advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the internal legal department
  • Participation in the preparation of project coordination plans with timelines for the legal department and timely collection of stakeholder reports on this specific project
  • Organization of the daily office routine, in particular completion of general office tasks (filing, noting and reminding of deadlines, correspondence)
  • Receiving, forwarding and responding to phone, fax, email and Jira ticket requests
  • Processing incoming and outgoing emails via the legal department’s email address
  • Filing and managing documents
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Communicating and working closely with outside counsel (independently forwarding tasks)
  • Formatting contracts and other documents
