As a Legal Officer at AMODA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and providing legal support to the company. You will work closely with the Legal team to handle a wide range of legal matters and provide advice and guidance to various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong understanding of corporate law and excellent research and analytical skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 2 years Post Qualified Experience (PQE)
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Having an experience in reputable law firm would be preferable

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics to support business-driven legal decision making for Company;
• Provide timely legal advice on all business operations, products, and services;
• Provide timely updates and strategies for handling intellectual property, data, and employment issues;
• Review and update existing company policies to ensure they reflect current legal standards;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts execute by Company;
• Advises resolution of disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters;
• Provide guidance and support towards other departments.
