Responsibilities:

ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Supporting members of management as legal officer.
  • Drafting and disseminating template legal contracts and providing training to stakeholders on their implementation.
  • Review, draft, implement & monitor policies, processes & procedures pertaining to the legal support to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in projects and ad-hoc matters assigned to the job holder by the Group General Counsel or team leadership.
  • Participating in any group wide training rotation program designed to extend skills across all Group Legal functions

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree with specialization in Law
  • LLB/LLM holder and/or post graduate Diploma in Legal practice
  • Certified & qualified Solicitor/Lawyer
  • Ability to distil and communicate simple advice in an understandable manner
  • Strong Oral & Written communication in English and Arabic
