For the European HQ of a multinational company in Brussels, LegalUp Talents is looking for a Legal or HR Interim Manager with relevant experience in the management of a small HR Team, speaking very fluently English
The Interim Manager will lead the ‘Pay & Benefits Support Team’ of the company that consists of 3 permanent people & 12 external contractors, for Belgium (4 sites & 2.500 people) and Europe (15 countries & 600 people), and that is responsible of payroll delivery, working time & absence, insured benefits (pension/health/life), employee help desk, hiring & exit processes, social security, tax & legal compliance (audits, GDPR, SOX).
This mission requires 80% working time from December 2024 to March 2025 (ideally also few days in November for a direct handover from the current Manager), with at least 2 days per week on-site.
