This role sits within the busy and dynamic Property Team. You will provide the solicitors and fee earners in the department the highest levels of administrative support, enabling them to deliver an exceptional service to their clients.
We invite applications from candidates with previous commercial property experience in a UK law firm.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in a UK law firm within a commercial propoerty team essentuial.
  • IT literate with a working knowledge of MS Office applications including Powerpoint
  • Enjoy working to deadlines and prioritising the workload accordingly
  • Enthusiastic! Pro-active and flexible, supportive of the team
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    The salary is up to £28k, the role is hybrid, generally working 2 days in the office each week, whilst being flexible to accommodate changing levels of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Be involved in all aspects of the daily work of the lawyers in the team
  • Organise travel including booking transport and hotels
  • Diary management for fee earners
  • Book meeting and conference rooms, organise refreshments and liaise with attendees
  • Assist with the billing and credit control process
  • Dealing with photocopying, printing, sending letters, organising couriers and data entry
  • Be directly involved in the care of our clients
  • Answer and respond to internal and external telephone queries
  • Manage incoming post and emails
  • Deal with physical and electronic filing and record keeping
  • Support marketing activities such as pitch and presentation preparation
  • Liaise with Business Development and Marketing colleagues on arrangements for events and producing marketing material
