POSITION:

Milan Cortina 2026 is seeking a skilled Legal Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of legal and commercial matters related to procurement, including suppliership agreements, pre-contractual documentation, and negotiations. Working closely with multiple departments, the successful candidate will provide a legal perspective essential for the negotiation and management of procurement relationships for the Games.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law; qualification in Italian law is required.
  • Proven experience in procurement and commercial law, ideally within a complex, multi-functional organization.
  • Strong knowledge of IP and data privacy considerations in procurement contracts.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills, with a methodical and organized approach.
  • High level of commercial awareness and responsiveness; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle triangular negotiations.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, with experience in bilingual negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage pre-contractual documents, including non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, and binding offers.
  • Coordinate the negotiation process in both pre-contractual and contractual phases.
  • Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and negotiate procurement contracts, particularly in the area of supply agreements.
  • Identify IP and privacy-related risks for Milan Cortina 2026 content, providing applicable contractual solutions.
  • Conduct legal research utilizing various legal databases.
  • Develop tutorials, presentations, training materials, and FAQs for operational departments.
  • Participate in strategic legal development and contract management.
  • Apply Italian civil and commercial legal expertise to the specific context of the Games, ensuring compliance across functional areas.
