JOB DESCRIPTION
The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a sharp and organized Professional Development Coordinator to join a global law firm in their DC office. The Coordinator will collaborate with a variety of teams, coordinate onboarding, trainings, and orientations for attorneys and create detailed reports for firm leadership.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate attorney onboarding, transfer, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate bar admissions and renewals
- Prepare and assist with attorney annual reviews
- Collaborate with various teams on a variety of initiatives to attract and retain attorneys
- Create reports for leadership
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of project coordination, professional development, or HR experience
- Professional services experience strongly preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
