JOB DESCRIPTION

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a sharp and organized Professional Development Coordinator to join a global law firm in their DC office. The Coordinator will collaborate with a variety of teams, coordinate onboarding, trainings, and orientations for attorneys and create detailed reports for firm leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate attorney onboarding, transfer, and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate bar admissions and renewals
  • Prepare and assist with attorney annual reviews
  • Collaborate with various teams on a variety of initiatives to attract and retain attorneys
  • Create reports for leadership

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of project coordination, professional development, or HR experience
  • Professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
