- Corporate law matters (in Austria and international), such as foundations, preparation of foundation documents (Articles of Associations, Bylaws, etc.), preparation of shareholders` meetings, appointment of corporate bodies, UBO & KYC requirements
- Legal support of M&A projects as well as corporate restructurings (in Austria and international)
