JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Practice Trainee with us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and gain practical experience across a range of legal practice areas. You will assist with legal research, drafting legal documents, and client communication, while receiving guidance and mentorship to help you develop the skills necessary for a successful legal career.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law / Juris Doctor degree (current law students or recent graduates preferred).
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
  • Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
  • Review and summarize legal documents and case files.
  • Prepare for client meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
  • Attend training sessions and educational seminars to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
