Description:

SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

My client are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced secretary to join their Residential Team in Bournemouth supporting a senior fee-earner.
Conveyancing experience not required only Legal Secretary experience as training can be provided.
Providing support to lawyers at all levels within the team, the successful candidate will be IT literate, highly competent and will be able to manage a varied workload to include general secretarial tasks such as filing, typing, printing etc, document production, file and diary management (including file opening, closing and billing) and some general office administration.
The key requirements for the role are:
· An excellent understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft software packages including the production and editing of various forms of documentation and legal agreements;
· Experience using modern document management systems (experience of Proclaim and iManage would be particularly useful);
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-motivate together with the ability to work well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines;
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
