Description:

SALARY DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

My client are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Wills and Estate Planning team.
You’ll play a vital role in various key duties including assisting Fee Earners with the resolving of straightforward telephone enquiries, management of diaries, maintaining the Wills Database and additions and retrievals from the Wills Store, producing correspondence and other documentation, and maintaining and bundling files.
Additionally, you’ll provide crucial support by ensuring smooth client communication and liaison, maintaining precedent files, handling filing and scanning responsibilities, and assisting with the training of junior and new team members.

You will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A highly motivated and proactive approach.
  • Great IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and work independently.

The role is full time and office based in Basingstoke.
