JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of legal aid, as well as criminal and civil procedure. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing documentation, and facilitating communication within the team and with clients.

SKILLS

  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on time management and organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent audio typing skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IT systems relevant to the legal field.
