POSITION - LEGAL SECRETARY

We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Irish business-related law and with particular focus on the Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Charities sectors.
We are seeking a junior legal secretary with strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills as part of a collaborative team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • 0-3 years prior experience, ideally supporting a team of solicitors in a busy environment in a legal secretary role or similar;
  • Experience using iManage or another case management system;
  • Experience with client billing and file management;
  • Strong technical skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills;
  • Experience with File Management and Document Production

Responsibilities:

  • File management – importing guidelines, accessing documents, sending demand letters, and making sure files remain updated;
  • Document production – drafting affidavits and correspondence as required;
  • Client billing – coordinating the team’s monthly billing process, ensuring invoices making sure invoices are issued on time and accurately;
  • Diary management and planning- making sure schedules are organized correctly and there are no conflicts with diaries
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including arranging specialist appointments and gathering required materials;
  • Providing legal administrative support to the team.
