LEGAL SECRETARY - CENTRAL BATH - HYBRID - UP TO £29,000
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new challenge? Element recruitment are proud to be hiring on behalf of an industry leading progressive law firm in Bath. You will have the chance to support Solicitors & Partners in delivering a wide range of litigation and non-contentious matters for our clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that client matters are completed in a timely and effective manner, providing essential support to our fee earners.
Your responsibilities:
- Answering email and telephone queries, producing letters, emails and documents.
- Diary management, scheduling appointments, arranging conference meetings/calls.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and accessible paper and electronic documents.
Your skills:
- You will need to be highly organised, able to juggle priorities, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
- Building rapport, relationships, and being a team player are important qualities for this role, as we pride ourselves on the strong relationships we have with our clients.
- Audio/copy typing experience is desirable
