Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ‘Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant’ to join our clients very sought after Court of Protection department based at their Manchester office.
As a ‘Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant’ within Court of Protection you will be responsible for:
- Working alongside the other Legal Secretaries/Personal Assistants within the department providing the Deputies with administrative and secretarial support.
- Managing the diaries of the Deputies, arranging meetings and making travel arrangements.
- Completing digital dictation; generating third party correspondence, emails and Court documents.
- Liaising directly with clients, their families and various other professionals.
Whilst experience of working within a legal environment is preferred, it is not essential. Applicants with experience from other professional backgrounds will also be considered. It is however essential that candidates have experience working within a secretarial capacity and possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to take responsibility working on their own and as part of a team. It is also essential that applicants have a basic understanding of the Court of Protection before applying
