Responsibilities:
THE ROLE

From managing clients client relations to assisting with case preparation.
Everyday will provide you with new opportunities to learn and take on new challenges to enhance your skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opening and closing case files
- General administration and record keeping
- Preparing letters, correspondence, compiling briefs and court documents
- Proactively liaising with clients to arrange meetings and obtain information for preparation of files
- Diary management (includes appointment and travel) to ensure deadlines are met
- Answering incoming phone calls, inquires and monitoring mails
- Making notes and taking dictations
- Being the first point of contact, greet the visitors and connect them with the appropriate person
- Book keeping including maintaining record of administrative expenses
