Description:

Infinitus Law Corporation is a full-service local law corporation. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary/Paralegal to join us. You will report directly to the Head of Litigation in the Litigation Department.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Your day-to-day responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage compliance and administrative matters, like client due diligence, conflicts checks, fee proposals and mandates
  • Billings
  • Attend meetings and keeping minutes and action points
  • Proactively monitor/review and follow up on files/outstanding matters
  • Conduct searches
  • Generate first drafts of documents from precedents
  • Format and proofread documents.
  • Liaise with clients in relation to any general enquiries.
  • Assist in preparing translations, presentations materials.
  • Provide administrative support like diary management, application for various professional bodies and management of support staff.

We are looking for a candidate with experience who can work independently and as a team member, manage workload, prioritise tasks and projects to meet work standards and timelines as well as communicate clearly and effectively legal matters both verbally and in writing.
