JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support 1-2 associate attorneys in a civil defense law firm
- Independently manage an active case load
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and other case meetings
- Draft and proofread legal documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
- Maintain accurate case documentation and manage electronic files
- Provide administrative support to assigned attorneys
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years experience in civil defense specialties like personal injury and commercial liability
- Familiarity with California Superior Courts and judicial processes
- Strong technology skills including email, video conferencing, and document management
