JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support 1-2 associate attorneys in a civil defense law firm
  • Independently manage an active case load
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, and other case meetings
  • Draft and proofread legal documents
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and manage electronic files
  • Provide administrative support to assigned attorneys

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years experience in civil defense specialties like personal injury and commercial liability
  • Familiarity with California Superior Courts and judicial processes
  • Strong technology skills including email, video conferencing, and document management
