Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced secretary with EA experience, to join our Government Advisory group’s high-performing secretary team. Our Government Advisory team advise on a range of local and state government organisations in administrative law, dispute resolution, contracting, and procurement and tendering.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of meetings and internal/external functions
- Opening and closing of matters including e-filing and physical archiving via Aderant Expert (billing) and iManage (document management) systems
- Time entry and preparation of monthly high volume billing
- Creating, drafting, editing, and formatting a range of legal correspondence and documents
- Reconciling expenses for authors on a monthly basis and
- All other general ad hoc administrative duties
