We’re currently looking for a professional and proactive Legal Secretary/Receptionist with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The Role: As a Legal Secretary/Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our legal team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks that keep the office running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates
  • Managing and organising legal files, documents, and correspondence
  • Drafting and formatting legal documents and letters
  • Assisting with general office duties, such as photocopying, filing, and managing office supplies
  • Providing administrative support to solicitors as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
