CANDIDATE PROFILE

In order to succeed in this role, you will need a good standard of education and must have excellent ICT skills and knowledge, as well as a flair for assisting with promotion of services, aiming towards a more digitalised environment.
You will need to be an effective and confident communicator, able to liaise well with staff and managers at all levels. You will also need to work to tight deadlines, be able work effectively under pressure and be proactive in forward thinking with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
Hours of operation will be from 9am to 5pm. Attendance in the office will be 3 days a week or as depending on service needs.
Previous experience of working in an administrative role will be required for this post. You will also need to be able to work on your own initiative, work as part of a team and be committed to ensuring high levels of customer care.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an organised Administrator to provide support to Legal Services.
You will need to be accurate, have attention to detail and able to multitask within this busy environment on a day to day basis.
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, proactive and flexible Administrator to provide comprehensive support to Legal Services.
This role will be rewarding if you have a passion to provide comprehensive administrative support and be supportive working closely with colleagues within this welcoming and friendly environment, working towards a smooth and positive experience for all. Your day to day role will work closely with the Legal Services as part of the Legal Support Team and working closely with the Team Leader. You will need to possess a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to the varying changes required within this environment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direction of the Team Leader, to ensure that key administrative tasks assigned are undertaken and delivered, meeting the agreed timescales and frequency.
To work within consistent Legal Services processes and procedures.
To develop an understanding of the specific needs of Legal Service.
To develop an in-depth knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements of the service and understand how this impacts on their role, ensuring that these are met.
To adopt systems and processes to meet operational needs of the team and to ensure that the team’s data and information is accurate, up-to-date and of a high quality.
To adopt a flexible approach to working, and, under the direction of the Team Leader, respond quickly and effectively to peaks and troughs in service delivery.
