Responsibilities:

As Legal Services Assistant in our recently established legal contracting center (MBS Legal Services) with an end-to-end service for frequently required contracts, you will have the opportunity to contribute in a Team of dedicated experts and curious minds. If you thrive on building quality and process excellence in a dynamic international environment, are a self-starter who is eager to deliver, learn and grow, you may fit right into this position.
You will be able to become a key partner and contributor in a vibrant legal Team performing in a unique global business service (shared service) model. Learn with us new ways of working aimed at delivering high quality legal services, simplifying processes, increasing efficiency, and bringing up customer experience to a higher level.
You will provide support to members of the Legal Team and work solely on assigned tasks. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support in relation to agreements and tasks managed by the Legal Team, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts and contract amendments. You will also manage internal learning and communication activities and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure training is delivered in accordance with applicable standards. You will be expected to support stakeholders in their day-to-day interactions with Legal, collaborate with the Team and support Legal’s projects and processes, including operations, governance and business development.
