Description:

EDUCATION

  • Mexican Law degree with experience in applicable legal and regulatory concerns, including marketing and promotions law, commercial compliance, privacy, sanitary and licensing.
  • Master’s degree desired.

EXPERIENCE

  • 7 to 10 years of experience on commercial litigation, marketing, and product law.
  • Demonstrable business level English.
  • Full written and oral communication skills both in Spanish and English.
  • Litigation knowledge for all instances.
  • Ability to handle hight-volume, multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
