JOB DESCRIPTION
The legal support assistant co-ordinator role is an exciting new addition to the firm, which is initially being introduced as a full time temporary 12-month role.
The post holder will support our legal support assistants (LSAs) through the initial stages of the implementation of our organisational change. The role will play an important part in providing day to day support to the LSAs and as required by the head of departments.
The role will work closely with the team leader of the legal support services and link with other key areas of the business including compliance, systems, IT and learning & development.
As well as providing a high-level support and guidance to the team of LSAs the post holder will also develop positive relationships with other lawyers, department heads and the legal support services function.
Experience in a high-level administrative role, within a professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
