Description:

ABOUT THE FIRM

Join the New Frontier Immigration Law team and help revolutionize productivity for our 100+ member team through cutting-edge automation. Our innovative, fast-growing law firm in Phoenix, AZ is committed to humanitarian-based immigration and finding tech-driven solutions for seemingly impossible problems.
Please note that this position is not for everyone. If you don’t love everything in this ad, please don’t apply—you deserve to spend your working hours at a company that makes you feel completely alive; please don’t settle!
Please also be aware that this is a remote or in-person position. The ideal candidate for this role must possess expertise in legal technology automation, including Microsoft products, Filevine, Zapier, and AI-driven solutions. We are looking for candidates that are tech-savvy, innovative, and have a proactive approach to streamlining operations.
We help immigrants L.I.V.E. FREE, and we apply the same principles to our internal operations. Here’s how our values play a part in this job:
Live
We are a growing law firm with a passion for helping immigrants live completely free, and we believe in empowering our team to live their best professional lives through efficient, automated processes. We focus on family-based immigration and removal defense, and we need an automation wizard who can help our team work smarter, not harder.
Innovate
We are innovative, not only in the ways we serve our clients but in how we operate internally. We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture of our operations and creatively apply technology to solve problems. If you’re just looking for a J.O.B.—this isn’t it. We are doing life-changing work and want someone who believes that their technological expertise can amplify our impact!
Vested
We are vested in the outcome of every case and in the productivity of every team member. We believe it’s crucial to create an atmosphere where technology enhances human potential. Your role will be key in ensuring that our team can focus on what matters most – our clients – by automating routine tasks and creating seamless workflows.
Excellence
We believe in holding ourselves to the highest standards, and that includes our technological infrastructure. We expect our Legal Technology Automation Specialist to continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible, always learning and implementing best practices in legal tech automation.
If you’re excited about leveraging technology to make a difference in people’s lives, this is the role for you!
