JOB DESCRIPTION
Software Configuration
- Configure and maintain legal technology platforms such as HighQ, Luminance, Kira, and online checklisting solutions to support legal matters efficiently.
Technology Adoption and Support
- Assist in the rollout and implementation of legal technology tools across the firm.
- Provide day-to-day tech support, acting as the first point of contact for straightforward queries.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for new users, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding fee earners in the effective use of technology.
Training and Awareness Building
- Support the delivery of training programs and awareness sessions; deliver key training components where appropriate.
- Craft written communications and engage in informal discussions to build awareness of innovation technology among junior lawyers and business services staff.
- Act as an ambassador for innovation within the firm, promoting the benefits and capabilities of our legal technology solutions.
Data Management and Analysis
- Capture, track, and analyze data related to the usage of legal technology to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with fee earners, clients, and other business services teams.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to provide professional, client-focused support.
Project Support
- Provide administrative assistance for various innovation and legal technology projects as needed.
- Lead the benefit capture, tracking, and reporting initiatives for the LegalTech operations team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong academic qualifications, ideally with a focus on technology, law, or business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with legal technology platforms such as HighQ, Luminance, Kira, or similar is an advantage.
- Experience in a professional, service-driven environment with an understanding of stakeholder and client confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of seniority.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
