Doubletree Chester is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Leisure & Spa General Manager to lead our Leisure Club and Spa operations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Leisure Club & Spa, ensuring excellent service and a professional atmosphere.
• Drive customer satisfaction by managing feedback, creating action plans, and continuously improving guest experiences.
• Manage financial targets, including memberships, departmental profits, and sales, in line with budgets.
• Execute and promote the Leisure Club & Spa Sales and Marketing Plan to maximize revenue and achieve targets.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team through regular training, performance reviews, and a positive, supportive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and other regulatory requirements.
