We have a fantastic opportunity for an open minded, practical and passionate person to join our expanding team at Forest Hills Leisure Club. Working in a friendly environment, we are an innovative company offering Physiotherapy, Pilates, Personal Training, Fitness Classes and Nutrition.
We are looking for a Leisure Club Receptionist who is motivated and a forward thinker to become a key member of our team.

Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming clients in person and on the phone.
  • Booking clients for fitness classes and personal training sessions.
  • Dealing with money transactions.
  • Carrying out opening and closing procedures & general cleaning work.
  • Cleanliness and presentation of club reception and surrounding areas
  • Answering queries and providing information and direction
  • Answering phones and emails
  • Promotion of memberships, fitness and retail
  • Having extensive knowledge of all resort facilities and activities
  • Reporting maintenance defects
  • Handling feedback or special requests
  • General assistance with all aspects of the Leisure operation
  • You must be computer literate and be familiar with both Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desired experience:
Previous reception work in the leisure industry.
Flexible working - mornings, evenings and weekends.
Hours to be discussed in interview stage.
