Responsibilities:
- Apply deep credit assessment experience to analyze, validate and communicate requirements for changes to lending calculations, policies, information, and systems.
- Prioritize and validate requirements to meet the needs of our lending customers.
- Articulate to our technical teams the way those business requirements should be implemented within the ApplyOnline application.
- Follow test protocols to ensure results are being precisely produced.
- Ensuring all data uploaded into the Policy Manager is correct
- Documentation Management of:
- Work scopes
- Jira workflow (test pass, test fail,
- Test cases
- Monthly Metric reports to Marketing and Customer engagement teams
