Required Qualifications:

This position is a senior leadership role managing the Home Lending Investor Services Reconciliation and Treasury group. The group is responsible for several critical functions which include overall cash position and balancing of the funds flowing through MSP/ICE (Home Lending Servicing system of record), and performing daily/monthly reconciliation of Home Lending Servicing Operational accounts as well as Investor Custodial Accounts, printing of system checks that are generated by Home Lending Servicing Business departments, execution of certain electronic funds transfer for Consumer Lending, cash accounting and reconciliation, and bank account administration. This role is responsible for coaching, influencing, developing, and managing team members including decisions relative to performance management, hires, terminations, salary actions, etc. The Investor Services Reconciliation leader also manages the financial and budget responsibilities for the department, which includes controlling expenses, executing a controlled and efficient operational process, providing quality customer service to internal lines of business as well as external counterparties such as investors and insurers, and meeting compliance and quality standards as determined by internal policy and Investor/Insurer contracts/rules.
Risk Control: Operate a strong risk and control environment. Manage the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework for the group. Enhance the control environment through data, automation and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will:
- Approve and formulate policies, procedures, and methods associated with Home Lending Investor Services team which directly impact the business line or indirectly affect the entire organization.
- Identify opportunities and recommend strategies for improving operational or financial management, as well as organizational effectiveness.
- Lead multiple teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues and meet high risk deliverables.
- Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures within Home Lending Investor Services functional area.
- Direct strategic planning discussions for the business line and provide significant input regarding future direction for associated functional areas.
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced leadership.
- Coach, influence, develop, and manage a team, including decisions related to performance reviews, terminations, hires, discipline, or salary actions.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Lending Operations
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- Will lead the risk strategy, RCSA, Control Creation, Issue Remediation and Quality Monitoring for in scope operational processes.
- Work with product partners to develop an advanced strategic vision and roadmap that delivers exceptional customer experience, digitization, and low touch workflow.

Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
