We’re looking for a lending professional to join our fast-paced Lending team. As a Lending Solutions Specialist you’ll ensure smooth and swift progress of loan applications, by obtaining relevant documentation, and ensuring our credit policy has been applied. This role supports our member, mobile and personal lenders by managing the application until it is approved and funded. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring all aspects of the lending application is completed from end to end, including ordering, submitting and amending where required, aligning to RACQ Bank’s credit quality and compliance standards.
• Assessing, recommending, processing loan applications and referring decisions as required.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of RACQ Bank’s lending products, securities, systems, policies and procedures, and apply this to process fully and confidently.
• Committing to a high quality of loan submission, with a strong emphasis on first time right.
• Resolving member concerns as a first point of contact and escalating where appropriate.
• Rate of pay at commencement is $37.59 + super.
