We are looking for a Full-Time Lettings Accounts Assistant who would be based at our Cambridge office, working within the Finance department and alongside our Residential Lettings team.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be working alongside our Residential Lettings Team and the Accounts Department, assisting with all areas of accounts.

MAIN PURPOSE/SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

  • Input of rental payments on a daily basis, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, returning tenant’s deposits, rent adjustments, new tenancy input, supplier statements and adhoc email enquiries
  • Payment runs for landlords and suppliers, via Bacs or Cheques
  • Client deposit reconciliations
  • Monthly reporting
  • Management fee transfer and reconciliations
  • Overseas landlords – entering approval numbers from HMRC, quarterly and yearly returns, NRL6 certificates
  • Annual schedule 23 notice to HMRC
  • Corresponding with other offices with regards to rent demands and rent arrears.
  • General administrative duties
