Responsibilities:
The Lettings Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support for the lettings process within multiple supported housing settings across three Local Authority areas. This includes managing tenancy sign-ups, monitoring voids, and processing tenancy endings efficiently. The role ensures accurate system updates and compliance with policies and procedures, contributing to the smooth operation of the service.
In the role, you will be expected to travel to different projects across Oldham and Rochdale, so access to a vehicle or good public transport is essential.
