Description:
TEMPLEHILL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED ARE AN INDEPENDENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST WHO HAVE ESTABLISHED THEMSELVES IN THEIR CURRENT DORCHESTER OFFICE SINCE 2012. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED AND ENTHUSIASTIC LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR AND PROPERTY MANAGER TO HELP EXPAND OUR LETTINGS DIVISION.
The successful candidate will have experience within the property lettings industry (minimum 2 years). Applicants must be highly organised, self-motivated, enthusiastic, personable, takes pride in their work and who can work both independently and part of a team.
In this role you will be the first point of contact within the office for all lettings enquiries and be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the landlord and the tenant and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone/e-mail.
Tasks will also include;
- Organising and arranging property viewings with suitable applicants
- Marketing properties
- Organising property repairs & maintenance
- Handling queries and problems from both Landlords & Tenants.
- Tenant referencing
- Scheduling inventories/ property visits
- Ensuring all compliance certificates are in place or organised
- Key management
- Following new business leads
This list is not exhaustive and you will be required to assist the office with other duties.
The position is offered either full or part-time (minimum 21hours) between Monday-Friday.
The candidate will need a car and hold a full UK driving licence.

Salary: Negotiable and dependent on experience
