Responsibilities:

  • Grow the lettings portfolio by securing new landlords.
  • To be the point of contact for all investors across the private rental sector portfolio.
  • To assist the communication between urbanbubble and investors.
  • Promoting a positive image of the urbanbubble brand and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
  • To contribute towards team meetings.
  • To help guide and support the team with day to day tasks.
  • End of month reporting.
  • Assessing the trends and bringing these to the Leasing Manager along with any suggestions.
  • Regular audits of existing and new data.
  • Assisting the Leasing Manager with training where required for team members.
  • Liaise with existing clients to continue to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with generating new business to meet monthly targets set by line manager and successfully on boarding new clients.
  • Providing the main point of contact for any enquires from investors or their representatives through to resolution.
  • Monitoring of the investors’ e-mail and responding to all enquiries within agreed timescale
  • Assisting the lettings team to produce marketing material.
  • Help production of monthly newsletters.
  • Attending investor and sales agent meetings.
  • Updating of all investor databases and information on property software system.
