Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- You will handle escalated technical issues from the 1st line support team
- Provide in-depth troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and network problems
- Support and maintain the technical systems and devices, and related peripherals with our retail unit
- Coordinate and resolve incidents within agreed timelines
- Document and track incidents, service requests, and changes in the ITSM tool
- Identify and escalate recurring problems to the Problem Management team
- You will work with other technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct remote and onsite support when necessary
