Description:
Highco Electrics based in Yennora NSW, specializes in providing Level 1 and Level 2 ASP electrical services. We are currently looking for competent applicants for the following position:
Level 2 ASP Electrical Administrator, office based, for coordinating our level 2 projects within the Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy network regions. This position is also to assist with accounts & marketing works, where required.
Position requirements:
- This position is only at an administrative level and it’s fully supported by our electrical team
- Relevant industry experience is essential
- Comprehension of single line diagrams and level 2 ASP project scope descriptions
- Understanding of overhead/underground supply connections when utilizing Google Maps
- Familiarization of Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy administration processes for Application for Connections, inspection arrangements and submission of NOSWs for certification
- Experience with meter arrangements through various electricity retailers
- Understanding of the Service & Installation Rules is an advantage
- Coordination with clients, liaise with network providers and program works with sound communication skills – verbal & written
- Ordering material from suppliers for projects
- Liaise with management for approval of pricing and programming of works
- General office administration skills – utilizing Dropbox, excel, outlook etc.
- Fast and accurate typing skills and general computer operating knowledge
- Knowledge of MYOB software for quoting and invoicing purposes and accounts work
- Assisting with marketing and promotions
- Holding a current driver license is an advantage
Personality traits:
- We will provide necessary trainings where required, however existing experience is essential.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a timely manner, within a short period of time after trainings completed. Ability to be organized is a must.
- Patient, courteous and assertive communication skills with clients; ability to keep clientele satisfied with work required deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a focus on time management, teamwork and attention to details
- Conscientious and enthusiastic attitude to learning new skills and always seeking to improve and excel in the role
