REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT technical support, preferably in on-site support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (configuration, troubleshooting, basic administration).
  • Basic networking skills: device configuration, network connectivity, troubleshooting.
  • Desirable experience in setting up and supporting video conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users of varying technical expertise.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent) are a plus.

  • Proactive attitude and customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to end-users, primarily in Windows environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot basic network issues (router/switch configuration, network connection, etc.).
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware on workstations.
  • Support and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, including setup, maintenance, and operation during meetings.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and procedures using ticket management tools.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to escalate issues when necessary.
