Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our clients.
You’ll work independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot complex IT issues, ensure ticket resolution in a timely manner, and proactively monitor systems to prevent potential problems.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions
o Address issues and service requests that relate to all technology, including workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor-specific hardware, software, and general administrative tasks.
· Monitoring and Management of System Alerts
o Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
· Communicate with Customers
· Documentation and Knowledge sharing
