Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice to join our Building Consultancy Team. As a Business Associate Apprentice, you will work towards your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over 13-16 months.
As a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice, you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders, using various IT systems, and making effective decisions based on data and analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to complete tasks as required by the team
- Use various IT systems such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to produce reports, presentations, and documents
- Make effective decisions based on data, analysis, and reports, able to deal with challenges in a mature way
- Support departmental projects in identifying and helping facilitate improvements in systems and ways of working
- Develop and distribute communications across the wider national Building Consultancy team to keep everyone informed
- Oversee the team inbox, responding to queries, including those related to the system
- Run and produce reports for the department to use in meetings
