Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Lexus Support & Budget Coordinator to join our Lexus Division. This is a 24-month contract/acting opportunity reporting to the Manager of Lexus Marketing and working closely with the Lexus Planning & Strategy team. This role will be responsible for providing general support to the Lexus Division with a specific focus on budget management, market analysis & deployment of Lexus monthly offers.

What You’ll be Doing:
Marketing Budget Support
- Track & submit the marketing budget in accordance with F&A’s monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule
- Ensure that all activities are accurately reflected in the budget tracker & submitted for approvals in SAP
- Process requisitions and invoices in SAP
- Work closely with the Marketing team, external agencies, and F&A on budget control, reviews and submissions
Strategic Support
- Analyze luxury industry sales including Polk Weekly Report and other competitive studies
- Provide insights into Lexus market share, regional performance, market strengths and opportunities
- Develop KPIs to support incentive program proposals, create Lexus Dealer Association (LDA) payment calculations, and generate incentive program grid
- Monthly analysis of competitive programs and resulting payments as well as tactical marketing approach
- Process dealer incentive payments and exception claims
- Ensure strong communication and coordination between Lexus departments for all areas of responsibility
- Support development of background data and presentation content for use with Dealers, Lexus Communications Team (LCT), Executive Forums and Lexus global visitors
Lexus Support
- Support month end sales reporting, Dealer bulletins, and Infostream publishing
- Assist with coordinating Lexus demos vehicles going on/off road, sale to dealers, and ensuring a smooth model year transition
- Prepare and distribute weekly Dealer Communication
- Update Lexus Infostream modules to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is available for Dealers
- Partner with Lexus Support role to provide coverage for all responsibilities in the event of absence
What You’ll Bring:
- University degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Accounting, Economics)
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Experience with budget management is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills
- Proven ability to initiate & improve work processes to increase efficiencies
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
