Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Librarian with experience in library technologies and metadata standards. Join the Library team and contribute to provision of print and electronic information for Museums Victoria staff and the community. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an historic museum library collection and gain experience in rare books and special collections. You will join a small, engaged team of professionals with a shared interest in promoting access to the Museums Victoria Library. As Librarian you will contribute expertise to cataloguing and metadata projects, oversee Inter Library Loans, lead marketing activities and support long-term preservation of the collection through collection management projects.

This is a full time; ongoing position, although we encourage people seeking part time work to apply. The salary on offer is $84,166 p.a + 11.5% Superannuation
