An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Library and Learning Services in providing high quality library enquiry and user support services.
This varied role will suit someone enthusiastic about working with students and a positive approach to customer service. You will staff a range of service points skills responding to a range of enquiries in person, over the phone and online; work with colleagues across the Library & Learning Services team; complete administrative tasks; and have the opportunity to assist and contribute library service development.
You will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. You will have good IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, the ability to work well with colleagues and students of all backgrounds

This is an on-campus role and not suitable for regular remote working. Main hours of work will be on a fixed shift basis between 11:00-19:00.
