Responsibilities:

The Bodleian is seeking to recruit a Library Assistant who is enthusiastic and a motivated person to join the Collections and Resource Description (C&RD) Team based at Osney Mead, Oxford. You will be working across all sections of C&RD: acquisitions, cataloguing, legal deposit operations, Asian and Middle Eastern Studies.
The post requires a flexible and motivated individual to carry out the physical processing and holdings processing (using Alma) Bodleian Libraries and other Oxford University Libraries material, as well as stock relocation work when required.
The post-holder needs to work both independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent, part-time post, working 27.5 hours per week. You will work onsite due to the nature of the work.
This role requires regular manual handling.
